Meet the Innkeepers - Craig and Laura Reeves
Laura and Craig opened the Manor in 1992 while working together at a
local country club. Ten years later, many things have changed but
their love
of inn-keeping and entertaining guests has not. In 1999, Craig and Laura
received the Small Business People Award from the Williamsburg Area Chamber
of Commerce, and have recently been featured in Gourmet magazine as one
of Virginia's Best Inns and B&Bs. The Reeves also own the Catering
Company of Williamsburg, and cater a variety of weddings, social and corporate
events in the area.
Craig was born and raised in northern Mississippi, and moved to Virginia
with the Army. He's jokingly known as "Iron Chef Eclectic." Laura
was born in New York City, grew up in the Poconos, and moved to Virginia
during high school. Her northern energy keeps everything in order. Laura’s
father owns The Williamsburg Sampler B&B, also in Williamsburg.
When they're not working, the Reeves love to spend time with their two
girls, Casey and Carter, and their friends.
