• 21+ Days Notice: Full deposit credit issued upon cancellation.

• Within 21 Days: Deposit refunded once the room is successfully rebooked.

• Unbooked Rooms: If the room cannot be rebooked, a gift certificate will be issued for the deposit amount.

• Deposit: The first night’s stay is collected as a deposit at the time of reservation.

• Remaining Balance: Due upon check-out.

• Check-In: Begins at 3:00 PM

• Check-Out: Prior to 11:00 AM

• Guest Limit: Maximum of 2 guests per room.

• Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome in all guest rooms.

• Recommended Room: Palace Chambers Yellow (located conveniently on the 1st floor).

• Fees & Liability: No pet fee is charged. However, guests are fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required.
