The Benjamin Powell House room features a Powell House Red Wall and overlooks both St. Bede Church and our award-winning gardens. The room features a cherry wood queen bed, 32" television, iPod docking station clock radio and private bath with shower.
Benjamin Powell was a successful builder in Colonial Williamsburg and worked on a number of public buildings including Bruton Parish Church and the Public Hospital in the late 1700's. He obtained the property now known as the Benjamin Powell House room in 1763.
