  • Queen & Two Twins
The James Geddy Suite is ideal for families & friends traveling together. This room features two separate bedrooms: One room with a queen-size rice-carved bed and another with two twin-size beds. A kiddie cot can be added to accommodate a small child. The rooms have entrances from the hallway as well as connecting through a full bath with shower/tub combination. Each guest room has a 32" television, iPod docking station, and great views of the surrounding area.

Reminiscent of the Old South, a rice bed brings back the elegance and intricate carvings of a forgotten era. A wealthy plantation, plentiful wood, a master craftsman and money combined to create a bed to reflect the style and grace of the antebellum south.

The Geddy family arrived in Virginia from Scotland in 1733, James Geddy Sr, was a gunsmith and iron / brass craftsman. He owned a shop on the northeast corner of the Palace Green, later in 1760, his son James Geddy Jr. purchased the property from his mother and established the Silversmith Shop.
